What changes
This release focuses mainly on events: DIAMOND promotion is now open to all participants, not only players who participated in all four stages, and DIAMOND eligibility is visible live. At the same time the public Gallery gains word search, sorting and DISCOVERY tier filters, the Lexicon gains filtering and sorting, and individual changelog versions are now shareable with dedicated social previews.
New
- Events: who can earn DIAMOND. DIAMOND is awarded to the most active participants in each event, without requiring participation in all four stages. Usually the top 5% win, with at least one winner, so even small events reward the top contributor. Ties go to whoever participated first. DIAMOND is assigned automatically when the event closes.
- Events: live ranking on the card. The community event card on the homepage now shows your current position ("Top X%" or "#3 of 7"), a DIAMOND badge when you are inside the cutoff, and how many slots away you are if not. The ranking updates live after each submission.
- Events: closing notification. When an event ends, every participant receives a notification with final tier and contribution count. DIAMOND winners also receive a dedicated promotion notification.
- Events: automatic closing. An event closes by itself when the community completes the last stage or when the timer expires. DIAMOND promotion then starts automatically.
- EVENT ticket detail: evolution timeline. Event tickets now show the full BRONZE → SILVER → GOLD → PLATINUM → DIAMOND story. For DIAMOND winners who skipped intermediate tiers, skipped stages are visible as "lost forever". Likewise, if an event closes and you did not reach DIAMOND, every tier above your final tier becomes "lost forever".
Gallery and Lexicon
- Word search and sorting in the public Gallery. The global Gallery now has search and sort controls (by date, and alphabetically when filtering DISCOVERY, MILESTONE or ECHO) that previously existed only in the personal Gallery.
- Tier filter for DISCOVERY tickets in the public Gallery. Choosing DISCOVERY now shows a tier sub-filter containing only tiers actually reachable in the current season according to verification thresholds.
- Mastery Gallery: sort by date. The Mastery tab now has Newest and Oldest. TRACK and LATENT share the same timeline axis.
- Public Gallery: tickets tied to unverified words are hidden. MILESTONE and ECHO tickets for words whose DISCOVERY is still UNVERIFIED no longer appear publicly. Owners still see them in their own Gallery. A future feature will help verify words that are real but not yet recognized.
- Lexicon: clean and focused on shared vocabulary. The Lexicon now shows only GHOST+ words. Sorting supports tier order and alphabetical order, and a new filter lets you focus on a single tier. A short explanation of word tiers is available in

Fixed
- Event card desktop: tier badges visible. Desktop and mobile now both show BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM badges for stages you participated in.
- Event card: current-stage progress bar. The progress bar now starts at zero for the active stage instead of visually starting halfway through.
- EVENT ticket detail: "5 of 4 stages completed". DIAMOND tickets now show the 4 participation stages plus a dedicated DIAMOND slot, consistent with DAILY PLATINUM.
- Mastery track, non-owner view: wrong "MAX RANK REACHED" removed. Viewing another player's mastery track now separates the owner's achievement/tier from Your progress.
/stats: removed "Recent artifacts". The section duplicated what the Gallery already provides.
Improved
- Ticket timeline: current-stage date visible. The "Current stage" badge now shows date and time reached.
- Milestone timeline: navigation between tickets. Minted MILESTONE nodes, including tickets owned by other players, are clickable and open the corresponding ticket.
- Mission cards: same layout on mobile and desktop. Both now share the same component, typography, animations and canonical tier badges.
Changelog sharing
- Social preview for every version. Individual changelog pages, such as
/changelogs/v0.2.10, now have dedicated social previews showing version, title and a short excerpt.
Notes for event operators
- The admin events panel now has a "Show ranking" button for active events, showing the full ranking and live prediction for DIAMOND finalization.
- Every event state is explicit in admin: SCHEDULED, ACTIVE, CLOSED, FINALIZED or LEGACY CLOSED. Stop / Start / Finalize actions are available only in the correct state.
