What happens to the words you submit.
All words you submit become part of the shared public lexicon. By submitting, you grant LexiMint a permanent, royalty-free right to display and use those words within the game.
What is not allowed.
You may not use bots, scripts, or automation to submit words, skip rate limits, or game the ticket system. Accounts found doing so will be suspended without warning. All form submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse.
Words we may remove from the lexicon.
LexiMint reserves the right to redact or remove words that are illegal, hateful, or harmful to other players. When a word is redacted, all tickets associated with it are hidden. We keep moderation decisions transparent wherever possible.
Submissions are also checked against an automated multi-language profanity filter. Words blocked by the filter are rejected at submission time with an explanation.
How seasonal play works.
LexiMint operates in seasonal cycles. Leaderboards, missions, and certain game metrics may be reset between seasons. Your core progress (account, level, XP, mastery achievements) persists across seasons. Ticket ownership is preserved but scoped to the season in which they were minted.
Your right to leave at any time.
You can request deletion of your account from profile settings at any time. We apply a 30-day grace period: when you confirm deletion, your account enters an inactive state and you are notified by email. If you sign in within those 30 days and click Restore, the deletion is cancelled and your account returns to normal.
After the 30-day window, the erasure is finalized: name, email, avatar, sessions, wallet, badges, and notifications are permanently removed. Your authored words and tickets are transferred to anonymous ownership so the public lexicon and season history stay intact for all players, but they are no longer linked to your identity.
Emails you may receive from us.
By creating an account, you may receive transactional emails: email verification, password resets, magic link sign-in, and game achievement notifications (e.g. legendary discovery alerts). These are never marketing emails and contain no tracking pixels. You can delete your account to stop all communications.
The LexiMint visual design, ticket artwork, and generative rendering systems are proprietary.
You are free to share screenshots or images of your minted tickets for non-commercial purposes. Please credit LexiMint as the source when you do.
LexiMint is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Tickets carry no real-world monetary value and are purely for fun and bragging rights.
We do not guarantee permanent uptime or preservation of any game data. We will always do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.
What the in-game currencies are, and what they are not.
LexiMint uses two virtual currencies. INK is earned exclusively through gameplay and cannot be purchased. FOIL is purchased via Stripe and rarely awarded as exceptional in-game prizes.
Both currencies have no monetary value outside the service, cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable once credited to your wallet. The same applies to any cosmetic, ticket, pack, or other digital item obtained with INK or FOIL. Unused FOIL balances do not constitute a debt and may be lost on account deletion or service termination.
How equipping cosmetics works.
Cosmetics you own are bound to a single ticket at a time and can be moved freely between eligible tickets in your collection. Applying or swapping a cosmetic never consumes it: ownership of the cosmetic remains in your wallet for the lifetime of your account.
If a ticket is hidden or removed for moderation reasons, any cosmetic applied to it returns to your unbound inventory and can be re-applied to a different ticket.
Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
FOIL packs, FOIL top-ups, the LexiPass, and Founder Edition bundles are digital content delivered instantly upon successful payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
At checkout you will be asked to confirm: "By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm you are authorized to make the payment and accept the terms regarding digital content delivered instantly." Without this confirmation, the purchase cannot proceed.
What to do if you think a charge is wrong.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to investigate and respond to billing disputes within 5 working days and, where the claim is legitimate, will issue a refund directly through Stripe.
Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any FOIL balance and digital items purchased through the disputed transaction, pending the outcome of the dispute with the card network.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. We will flag significant changes clearly. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
LexiMint is an evolving game. We may add, modify, rebalance, or remove features, game mechanics, cosmetics, currency pricing, seasons, and content at any time, including changes that affect the in-game value or utility of items already in your wallet. We will communicate material changes through the in-app changelog or via email when appropriate.
