This patch expands outside-app reminders only where they help players return to meaningful game moments. Ordinary progress stays inside the in-app bell.

Collection reminders: players who enable reminders can now receive alerts when a DISCOVERY is verified or an ECHO becomes RESONANT.
Event stage reminders: completed community event stages can now send an outside-app reminder through the existing Events category.
Improved
Reminder settings: the preferences page now separates collection updates from Bounty Hour, Events, major rewards and release notes.
Event notifications: event reminder links now return to the dashboard, the current player-facing event surface.
Notes
Daily mission reminders are not part of this release. They need a separate anti-spam schedule based on completion state, player timing and season state.
