The redesigned dashboard in four themes.
0.20.0 is the largest interface update LexiMint has ever had: every page, from the dashboard to the games, from the Gallery and the Shop to your profile, is rebuilt on the same components and the same layouts. The game is the one you know, but it now reads, responds and navigates the same way everywhere, on computers and phones. The new interface also brings nine new themes and a rewritten game guide.
A rebuilt interface
- Every page follows one of a few shared layouts: the same header, margins and spacing between sections, so you always know where to look.
- Cards, buttons, menus, dialogs, filters, pickers, tables and alerts are rebuilt and respond the same way to clicks, taps and the keyboard.
- Typography and hierarchy are consistent: titles, text and numbers carry the same weight on every page.
- Ticket kinds and tiers use the same badges across the app, and INK and FOIL appear with their icon, name and amount.
- While a page loads you already see its shape instead of an empty screen.
- Pages are recomposed for narrow phone screens too.
Eleven themes
- Cobalt, Riso, Sakura and Amber come in light and dark versions, Dracula in a dark version. The theme you were using stays active.
- In Appearance you can try them all with a real preview, even without an account.
- Pin up to ten themes to switch between them from the theme button in the top bar.
- Your theme is saved on the browser you use and recolors the app, never your tickets.
- A dot on the theme button signals that a new theme has arrived.
Page by page
- On the dashboard, objectives show their progress in a ring, and a submission result sits in a single card with the ticket and links to Collection and Gallery.
- Before your first submission of the session, the submit panel shows the latest verified tickets to reach the Gallery. If you close it often, you can choose not to see it again.
- If you often scroll back up after a submission instead of reading the result, LexiMint offers once to turn off automatic scrolling.
- “Back” returns you to the page you came from, while a button with a name, such as “Profile”, always takes you to that page.
- Stats is split into four sections, and leaderboards stay readable on narrow screens.
- The achievements summary gathers Tracks, LATENT and your highest tier in one card. Secret achievements are grouped, with unlocked ones first.
- In the Shop, on computers, the summary and filters stay within reach while you scroll the catalog.
Games
The home page leads straight to the games.
- Visitors without an account find the games right away, with three featured, the season status and an example DISCOVERY ticket.
- The “New” marker in the navigation and in the library points to a newly released game until you open it.
- Every game shares the same page and the same panel for submitting words to LexiMint, with the submission status always visible.
- In Find the groups you can submit groups you have already solved to LexiMint without waiting to finish the puzzle.
- In Hidden phrase the leaderboard for the chosen date is visible even when you play for practice.
- In multiplayer rooms the host can change game or mode from the lobby, even after a match. The code and participants stay, scores start again from zero.
- After a game as a guest, the invitation to sign in brings you back to the same game.
Guide and help
- The game guide is rewritten: nine chapters with an index, a real ticket for every kind and every game, and the values and thresholds of the current season.
- The /install page explains step by step how to add LexiMint to the Home Screen on iPhone and Android.
Notifications and release notes
- Notes for important releases open once when you enter, while small fixes appear in a banner that disappears on its own. In settings you can choose to receive only the banner.
- Winning Bounty Hour produces a single notification, with tier and position, and no push: you are already there.
- A MASTERY Track rank-up produces a single notification.
- The notification archive loads older notifications in pages and keeps the ones already visible if a refresh fails.
- LexiMint no longer sends the Founder edition reminder after your first week, in the app or by email.
Game rules
- ECHO RESONANT: only submissions after the one that minted the ECHO count, and the distinct authors must all be other players. The player who minted the ticket no longer counts as the first author, but their later submissions count toward occurrences. Thresholds and windows do not change, and tickets that are already RESONANT stay RESONANT.
- Among the five suggested words to verify, one place goes to a less visible word that changes every eight hours, so newer suggestions also get a chance.
- Rewards, word thresholds and stamina do not change.
