Thanks to your reports, the new interface works better on phones, tickets with animated cosmetics are smoother, emails arrive in your language and Names, places and things is faster in large groups.
Submit a word
- After several quick submits, on some phones the Submit a word panel could grow wider than the screen. It now always stays inside its card.
- Completed mission rings show a check instead of "100%", which touched the edge.
- Suggested words to verify span the full width of their panel, so more of them are visible.
- Messages for words that can't be submitted now follow your language.
- The Resend email button no longer spills out of the verification box on the dashboard.
Tickets
- Ticket details with animated particles, such as Aurora drift together with Lens flare, are much smoother on iPhone.
- The evolution timeline opens full screen on computers too.
- In Weekly set details, the days show full-size squares again.
Games
- Word trail: the 120 seconds start when the letters appear, so a slow connection no longer costs you play time.
- Word trail: before a game, the mode panel overlays the dimmed grid on phones too.
- Word trail: Play this grid without a timer works again for players with an account. Before, the game got stuck and you could not even leave it.
- Word trail: after a game, Show other words is back, to see every word on the board you did not find.
- Word snake: in full screen, the swipe area reaches the bottom of the screen again.
- In the game library, the Word snake card is green only if you played a valid run today, and yellow only when there is a saved run to resume.
- Daily word: the Confirm button sits on its own row below the keyboard, so the last row of keys is no longer squeezed.
- In Word climb and Ten clues, a solved word no longer shows a frame overlapping the text.
- Hidden phrase and the other games now send words with accents, such as CAPACITÀ, to LexiMint. Before, those words were not sent and held back the following ones too.
- Names, places and things: Call STOP now stays visible at the bottom of the screen on computers too, and the field you are filling in no longer ends up under the bar.
- Names, places and things: during voting, a challenged answer stays on one line and the vote buttons wrap whole, without breaking the text.
- In multiplayer rooms, Leave room asks for confirmation, so an accidental tap no longer drops you out of the game.
- Multiplayer Word snake on phones: the arena stays whole. Player standings are a strip under the field, and the Controls & scores panel opens only when you ask.
- Names, places and things: when half the players, at least two, are done, the last call starts and the category closes within 15 seconds. Challenges never add time.
- Names, places and things: voting no longer undoes "Done with this category", and a new challenge undoes it only for the player who challenges. Withdraw now really discards your answer.
- Names, places and things: if someone leaves the room during voting, nobody waits for the timer anymore, and "Done with this category" always stays at the bottom of the screen.
Emails and account
- LexiMint emails (address verification, sign-in, password reset, ticket alerts, account deletion) have a new look and arrive in Italian when you play in Italian.
- Emails and notifications reach you in the language you use LexiMint in, even if you never chose one in Settings.
- The privacy policy is available in Italian.
- Deleting your account now explains that you have 30 days to restore it, and the restore notice in Settings follows your language.
Achievements and Shop
- Some LATENT tickets now unlock as soon as you meet their conditions, without waiting for your next submit.
- The Italian version of the FOIL, LexiPass and Founder checkout now shows the right-of-withdrawal waiver in Italian.
Text and pages
- Guide tables and badges no longer break words letter by letter on narrow screens.
- On computers, the active season card on the dashboard no longer wraps or looks oversized.
- In the Gallery, the Ticket, Mastery and Lexicon tabs are easier to read on phones, with less empty space above the filters.
- In the Shop kit preview, labels are readable again in every theme.
- The button that enables notifications no longer lets its text spill past its edge.
- In the notifications panel, messages get more room and up to three lines, so they almost always read in full.
- The guide to adding LexiMint to the Home Screen is linked from notification settings and from the game guide.
- You no longer get an update notification for your feedback when neither its status nor the team's replies changed.
- On iPhone, if Safari leaves the header and the bottom bar out of place after the keyboard closes, a page change or a scroll, they now return to their place.
Release notes
- Notes for important releases open in a window only if you have been playing for at least a week. Newcomers see the compact banner instead.
